What is a SEPA Direct Debit mandate?
A SEPA Direct Debit mandate is a formal authorisation you gave to a company, allowing them to collect payments from your bank account. This authorisation is typically provided when you sign up for a service, accept terms online, or enter your IBAN for recurring payments.
The mandate remains valid until it is cancelled by you or the merchant. If you believe a mandate is no longer valid or was made in error, you can request cancellation of future debits using this form (the form only applies provided the merchant processes SEPA Direct Debits with FinXP).
