Applicants are generally asked to provide:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Official company registry extract confirming the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), shareholders, and directors.
• A company structure chart showing the ownership from UBOs / shareholders (including percentage held) down to controlling persons, signed and dated by a director.
• Proof of the company’s registered address (e.g. recent utility bill or bank statement).
• Agreements with the entities that will be settling funds into the IBAN4U account.
• Completed Third Party Questionnaire
• Operating licence (if applicable).
